You are so kind to post for me. The balance is always the struggle, my training rides start at 5:30 am and I take a long ride on the weekend, early but I am not back until noon. It has taken time from my family but they are so supportive. My staff at work has also had to pick up some of my responsibilities. But balance sways back and forth over time, so go for it, you may not get the chance again. I had no idea how big of an endeavor this would be…

Someone asked me recently, “So what’s your plan B?”. I sat a bit stunned and answered, “There is no plan B, I am going to finish, on my bike or on a stretcher.”

Thanks so much for positive feedback and the retweets. Your input is greatly valued and appreciated. I just need to get to a point where I am spending less time in the Rabbit Hole and more time creating and responding. Guess that is why the focus on Balance, i need it more than anybody

Finally I’ve found the post you referred on my post. I couldn’t see search box on your blog so I had to google it
Actually, a favicon is not necessary a .ico file, I am using .gif file for supported browser and .ico file for Internet Explorer. I talked about it in my old post, you can add it to this article if you want.
